个人简历


教育背景: 2003年获浙江大学博士学位,美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(University of California, UCSD)访问学者,美国佐治亚大学(University of Georgia)高级研究学者。 工作经历: 2000年之前在河北省农林科学院等单位工作;2003年10月到北京化工大学工作至今,担任教授和博士生导师。

研究领域


1.代谢工程(Metabolic engineering):用基因工程法生产大宗或高值化学品,包括3-羟基丙酸、1,3-丙二醇、丙烯酸等C3大宗化合物、新材料聚3-羟基丙酸(P3HP)、抗癌药阿霉素、新型维生素吡咯喹啉醌、医用蛋白等高值药物。 2.合成生物学(Synthetic biology):以发酵产量为目标的代谢途径耦合强化、基因组编辑(genome editing)、细胞逻辑重构和群体感应(quorum sensing)工程等。 3.应用微生物选育及发酵:包括工业发酵和土壤修复微生物选育,发酵条件优化和智能控制。 4.分离工程(Separation technology): 微生物发酵及天然产物的高效分离技术。 5.生物农药(Biological pesticide):天然抗菌活性成分筛选、剂型制备及田间应用。
