1987.7 在青岛大学医学院获得医学学士学位,并以“优秀毕业生”的优异成绩免试攻读硕士研究生。1990.7在青岛大学医学院获得解剖学硕士学位。1990.9~1997.8 北京大学医学部解剖学系工作。2001.6 在北京大学医学部获得神经解剖学博士学位。研究代谢型谷氨酸受体在帕金森氏病中的作用。利用分子生物学技术,成功克隆了代谢型谷氨酸受体第5亚型的特异性片段,标记了RNA探针,并利用原位杂交等先进技术研究了代谢型谷氨酸受体在帕金森氏病中的作用。利用脑内定位(纹状体及黑质)注射药物的方法,成功地制作了帕金森动物模型。研究发现,代谢型谷氨酸受体在帕金森氏病动物纹状体内的表达是增高的,它的激动剂可直接引起帕金森氏病的症状,并且它可导致锥体外系某些神经递质的变化,这为帕金森氏病的发病机理研究及治疗提供了新的途径。
2001.9~2005.3 赴美国留学。2001.9-2002.5 在美国匹兹堡大学神经生物系做博士后工作。2001.9-2002.5 在美国匹兹堡大学神经生物系做博士后工作。研究内容主要是以交感神经节前神经元为模型,探索Reelin 基因在神经细胞迁移中的作用。在临床上,由于Reelin 基因的异常,导致各种各样的脑发育畸形,引起一系列的以运动障碍为主的临床症状。为了揭示它的作用机制,我们利用基因敲除、受体封闭以及逆行追踪等方法,对它进行了探索研究。2002.6-2005.3在美国排名前列的费城儿童医院从事研究工作,研究BMPs信号在中枢神经系统发育中的作用。利用Cre/Loxp重组技术,对BMPs的Ⅰ型受体A亚型进行了选择性敲除,并将此鼠与传统性敲除的BMPsⅠ型受体B亚型鼠交配,得到了神经管部位mpr1a/Bmpr1b基因敲除鼠,研究了BMP在脑发育中的作用及作用机理。通过研究发现,BMPs信号对小脑颗粒细胞、蒲肯野氏细胞和脑桥核的形成及分化起重要作用,并且对它们的迁移也发挥潜在性作用。BMPs对这些细胞的作用是通过调节细胞的增殖和凋亡来实现的。另外,BMPs信号也影响到了Wnt、Shh信号和Id蛋白的表达等。这些研究成果在世界上处于领先地位。
