个人简历


苏州科技大学材料科学与器件研究院讲师,2017年09月毕业于苏州大学 物理与光电·能源学部,获理学博士学位。2015.11-2016.11日本国立物质材料研究机构(NIMS)国家公派联合培养博士研究生,合作导师:Prof. Jinhua YE。

研究领域


从事光电转换领域的研究,主要集中在太阳能电池、光电探测器和光电化学电池(光解水)方面的研究。尤其在钙钛矿光电转换器件方面,通过设计新型的器件结构,大幅度的提高和改进了器件性能
