个人简历


胡明 ,博士,美国休斯顿大学药剂学教授,广州中医药大学杏林学者讲座教授。
他在世界性的权威杂志上发表了研究性SCI论文143篇,综述性论文30篇,论文引用5955次,H指数为46 (Google Scholar)。主编专著1部并已再版,美国专利或技术授权2项。胡明教授从事生物利用度调控机制研究,获得了美国NIH和NIC等基金的支持,承担了20余项科研项目,共获得超过1000万美元的科研经费,取得许多具有重要意义的研究成果。其研究成果主要体现在4个方面:①首次发现和证明了黄酮类的主要代谢部位为肠道,代谢途径是葡萄糖苷酸和硫酸化; ②首次提出“旋转门”理论,解释了外排泵对二相代谢产物的形成和分泌的“看门人”作用;③首次提出“肠肠循环”和“肠内局部循环”理论,解释了类黄酮在体内表观半衰期长的原因;④首次提出用“生物药剂学指标”和“抗癌活性指标”双重筛选的新思路来寻找更有效的抗癌成分。胡明教授现为Molecular Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Research, Journal of Clinical harmacology, Current Drug Targets, Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, Chinese Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Asia Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences等SCI期刊的编委。亦为Drug Metabolism and Disposition, Pharmaceutical Research, Molecular Pharmaceutics, Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology, Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Journal of Controlled Release, Journal of Chromatogram B等20多个期刊特邀评审委员。胡明教授是美国联邦政府基金评审员,同时也是法国、新加坡和中国多个基金的特邀评审员。
