个人简历


1984年7月 毕业于湖北师范学院物理系,获学士学位。\r
1986年9月 ~ 1988年1月 上海科技大学(现上海大学)物理系学习固体物理专业和光学专业研究生课程。\r
1993年9月 ~ 1995年12月 华中理工大学凝聚态物理专业研究生,获理学硕士学位及华中理工大学优秀硕士学位论文一等奖。\r
1996年3月 ~ 1997年3月 在英国伦敦大学帝国理工学院(Imperial College London)电子工程系光半导体器件研究室访问工作,同Mino Green教授合作,从事多孔二氧化硅及WO3光半导体器件方面的研究工作。\r
1997年9月 ~ 2000年11月 华中理工大学激光技术国家重点实验室博士研究生,主要从事脉冲准分子激光技术沉积三氧化钨、五氧化二钒宽带隙薄膜及电致变色器件方面的研究工作,获电子科学技术学科(物理电子学专业)工学博士学位和湖北省优秀博士学位论文奖。\r
2001年 ~ 2003年 在清华大学电子工程系集成光电子学国家重点实验室做博士后。主要从事宽带隙ZnO、MgO薄膜及场致电子发射器件方面的研究工作。期间独立承担并完成中国博士后基金项目一项。作为主要成员参加了国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金项目,国家经贸委资助(场助热电子发射平板显示器件)研究项目、清华大学985项目(场助电子发射显示阴极)的研究工作。\r
2003年7月 博士后出站来武汉大学物理科学与技术学院工作。\r
2003年12月 ~ 2004年12月 再次作为访问学者在英国伦敦大学帝国理工学院电子工程系从事纳米岛光刻技术、硅纳米结构、纳微米加工技术、场致电子发射等方面的研究工作。
