个人简历


李寅青博士目前受聘于清华大学,任特别研究员、博士生导师。他于2008年本科毕业于复旦大学微电子系,并于2012年和2016年在麻省理工学院获得电子工程与计算机专业硕士和博士学位。在2016至2018年在博德研究所、斯坦利精神疾病中心完成博士后研究。在博士和博士后期间,与导师Feng Zhang博士、Aviv Regev博士和Guoping Feng博士合作,从事基因组学和工程学的交叉领域的研究,特别是单细胞的基因检析、基因编辑和调控技术的建立。李寅青博士致力于开发和拓展基因组医学技术,以推动复杂疫病如神经退行性病变、肿瘤的新药靶点发现和精确诊疗。

研究领域


""复杂疾病的产生和发展往往缘起并伴随着一系列发生在分子和细胞层面的关键变化。诊断和治疗的重要途径即是要理解在疾病的产生和发展过程中,哪个时间点上有哪些分子和细胞发生了关键变化,以及这些变化是如何影响细胞自身和细胞间互相作用的,并通过针对关键分子和细胞的编辑,实现对于疾病的控制。\r
李寅青博士的研究团队专注于基因组医学技术的三个重要方面的开发。\r
(1)单细胞表征技术。实现表观遗传组、转录组、信号组单细胞多组学,在时间和空间两个尺度上整体表征分子、细胞、细胞间作用的变化。\r
(2)基因编辑技术。探索新的编辑系统,基因替换和表观遗传控制,实现细胞从基因到状态的全面调控。\r
