1989/08—1992/06:中国科学院长沙大地构造研究所获构造地质学专业理学硕士学位(期间于1989/09—1990/08在中南大学学习);
2000/10—2003/06:中国科学院地球化学研究所获地球化学专业博士学位;
2003/11—2004/11:波兰科学院地质科学研究所访问学者。
1992/07—1998/12:长沙市建委长沙市勘测设计研究院工作,任主任工程师,从事工程地质、水文地质和岩土力学研究;
1999/01—2002/08:中国科学院长沙大地构造研究所工作,任副研究员、硕士生导师、科技计财处处长;
2002/09—2018/05:中国科学院广州地球化学研究所工作,任副研究员、研究员、博士生导师、石油天然气与矿产资源研究中心副主任、中国科学院矿物学与成矿学重点实验室副主任、学位委员会和技术委员会委员、成矿构造与资源预测学科组组长。

研究领域


大陆边缘构造与成矿、矿田构造与矿产资源预测,长期从事华南地质构造和金多金属成矿作用与资源预测研究。主要研究成果:(1)探讨了特提斯构造域和太平洋构造域演化及其转折对华南地质构造的制约,并建立了华南晚前寒纪以来地球动力学演化模式;在此基础上,研究了该区显生宙以来金多金属大规模成矿作用的机制和构造背景,首次提出了“陆内活化型”金矿床的概念,认为构造活化是华南地区江南造山带金多金属矿床形成富集的主要机制;(2)提出了“亚洲最大富铁矿”—海南石碌铁矿系受构造和热液叠加改造的条带状铁建造型(即BIF)铁矿的新成因认识,并合理解释了富铁矿的成矿过程和富集机理,建立了该类型矿床的成矿模式和找矿模型,为深入揭示华南地区新元古代铁-锰-磷大规模成矿作用机制、开展找矿预测提供了重要启示;(3)主要开展了华南大型金、铁、锡铅锌多金属矿床和大型煤田的构造与成矿关系研究,建立了叠加褶皱或褶皱构造叠加(剪切)断裂的联合复合控矿模式、以及地质-地球物理-地球化学综合找矿模型,一定程度上推动了我国成矿构造学的向前发展;(4)主要开展了华南地区金、铁、锡铅锌多金属和煤等重要矿产资源的成矿预测研究,建立了不同矿床/矿种的预测模型,取得了深边部的找矿突破,为国家提供了一批战略矿产资源后备基地,保障了大型矿山企业的社会稳定和经济可持续发展。上述科研成果为创新和发展成矿构造学学科、推动我国固体矿产资源的勘查和开发利用,产生了较广泛的影响力
