个人简历


蔡荟梅,女,硕士生导师,教授。1996年毕业于安徽大学生物系,1996-2006年在安徽省质检院工作,2006至今在安徽农业大学茶与食品科技学院工作,在食品/茶叶营养和质量安全领域已从事多年的教学和科研工作。主持了国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金和安徽省高校自然重点项目等项目。近5年在 Carbohydrate Polymers, Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety, RSC Advances,Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture,Analytical Methods,Journal of Food Science等国内外知名学术期刊发表论文40余篇,其中SCI 收录18篇,其中1篇为ESI高被引论文,2篇关于食品包装材料危害物研究的文章为英国皇家化学学会“Analytical Methods”期刊封面论文。以第一发明人完成授权国家发明专利4项。\r
