个人简介

研究领域

长期从事植物逆境分子生物学和表观遗传学的教学与研究工作。近年来,主要以玉米等重要作物为材料,利用全基因组测序数据分析,鉴定玉米表观遗传调控相关的重要基因家族;通过高通量测序技术获得的转录组和表观组测序数据分析,筛选逆境胁迫下玉米表观遗传调控的关键因子并进行功能验证,探讨其响应逆境胁迫的表观遗传调控机制及其抗逆性机理,为玉米等重要粮食作物的表观遗传抗逆性改良提供新途径。
