Zhetao Li received the B.Eng. degree in Electrical Information Engineering from Xiangtan University in 2002, the M.Eng. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Beihang University in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Application Technology from Hunan University in 2010. He earned the certificate of Predeparture English Language Training from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2011.\r

Dr. Li is currently an associate professor of College of Information Engineering, Xiangtan University. He was a visiting researcher at Ajou University from May to Aug 2012. From Feb 2013 to Dec 2013, he was a clerk fellow at the Department of Science & Technology, Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
