个人简历


主要从事以聚合物为主体的有机电致发光与光电转换器件的研究。自1999年初开始从事有机聚合物光电器件(发光器件、太阳能电池器件和光电探测器件)的研究。已经在聚合物发光全彩色显示的实现方式,聚合物异质结太阳能电池的给体/受体间能级与界面的调控,聚合物电致发光器件的阴极界面修饰调控,以及有机光电子器件透明阴极的表面界面修饰调控等方面取得了系列研究成果。研究内容主要以各类有机和无机光电材料为基础,以器件的表面界面修饰调控为核心,发展新型高性能光电子器件,以实现相关材料和器件在可再生能源、新型信息显示与光通讯和航空航天等多个重要领域的应用。
代表性工作:
1. 通过系列氨基阳离子促进钙钛矿成膜,通过溶液加工的方法可以快速形成致密均匀的薄膜,从而获得器件相率和稳定性高的平面型异质结钙钛矿太阳能电池。
2. 在国际上率先系列报道了使用稳定、健康、环保的自然生物分子修饰透明金属氧化物电极(ITO),大大降低了电极的功函数,其功函数改变值为目前文献报道记录。这样,可以用稳定的透明电极来替代活泼金属用作器件阴极,提高器件效率,并保证器件的稳定性。
3.国际上率先使用干法光刻的办法实现有机发光全彩色显示点阵,这样使得有机发光显示有望采用技术成熟、可靠性高的光刻办法实现彩色发光点阵,从而克服现有技术中产品良率低、分辨率低及无法大尺度制备的瓶颈。用光刻的办法实现有机发光彩色点阵,将是未来克服OLED显示产品良率低、不能大尺寸化的瓶颈的最有效的途径之一。
4.早期,在国际上率先报道了使用商用廉价的绝缘高分子(PEG/PEO)修饰稳定金属铝用作有机发光器件阴极,获得了高效稳定的发光器件。率先突破了当时公认的,有机发光器件阴极必需有低功函数活泼金属元素参与的传统观念。
